Required Skills & Experience
- Experience with recruiting, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process
- Strong payroll experience, with a solid understanding of payroll systems and processes
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR, etc.)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Experience in employee benefits administration is a plus
- Knowledge of recruiting strategies and social media platforms for talent sourcing
- Experience with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
