Our client, based in Lansdale, PA, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager.
This is a HYBRID role (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
Local candidates only; not open to relocation at this time.
Summary
As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in managing key HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, leave processes, and benefits administration. You’ll ensure smooth HR operations while fostering a positive work environment, responding promptly to employee and leadership needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Benefits & 401k Management
Support the VP of HR with the annual open enrollment process, ensuring clear communication and smooth administration.
Partner with payroll and benefit brokers to ensure accurate submission and processing of paperwork, aligning with carrier and billing records.
Leave of Absence Management
Administer all employee leave processes, including medical, family, disability, and other leaves, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other relevant regulations.
Track and monitor leave balances and return-to-work dates.
Compensation
Ensure roles are mapped to appropriate salary ranges and make data-driven recommendations for market adjustments.
Oversee variable incentive programs and provide support for annual merit increases.
Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations, ensuring open communication across teams.
Investigate employee concerns, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions.
Partner with legal counsel when necessary and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Performance Management
Lead the annual performance appraisal process, training managers and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
Support the development of performance improvement plans when needed.
People Management
Manage and mentor the HR Administrator, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
7 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role
