This role requires a general knowledge of specific areas of Services (Workplace, Datacenter, Networking & Unified Communications or Cross-functional). The Senior Service Architect is responsible for assessing customer requirements, developing service design, cost calculation, and non-complex pricing for Services solutions.What You Will Be Doing Qualification of Managed Services Opportunities : Support the analysis of customer requirementsSupport the qualification of opportunities and customer requirements against the capabilities and strengths of CC Delivery units (ISPs) and the Service CatalogueService Design : Assess and clarify customer requirementsMap requirements against Computacenter existing capabilitiesMaximize the opportunities to utilize the Shared Service Factory and other core propositionsDefine and communicate requirements for Transition & TransformationWorking closely and collaboratively with the Solution Manager, assist with the development of the solution / design (technical, operational, commercial)Create costing for developed service across the entire Services areaWorking jointly with Delivery teams, agree to the solution design & costingCreate complex pricingRequired Skills & Experience Strong experience pricing large, complex IT Infrastructure projectsGood service understanding of IT Services (Workplace, Data center, Networking & Unified Communications or Cross-functional)Good understanding of the IT outsourcing market & competitionYou Will Receive the Following Benefits Medical InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k)Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / vets.
