The Senior Service Architect (IT Infrastructure) is a core member of the Services Pursuit team. Senior Service Architect (IT Infrastructure) has a general knowledge of a particular area of Services (Workplace, Datacenter, Networking & Unified Communications or Cross-functional), such as delivery methodology, cost drivers, supporting / enabling technologies, etc. Senior Service Architect (IT Infrastructure) is responsible for the assessment of customer requirements, development of service design, cost calculation, and non-complex pricing for Services solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
Qualification of managed services opportunities
- Support the analysis of customer requirements
- Support the qualification of opportunities and customer requirements against the capabilities and strengths of CC Delivery units (ISPs) and the Service Catalogue
