An automotive company in the Lewisville, TX area is seeking a helpdesk specialist to join their team on a full-time direct hire basis.
The role will involve tier 1 and some tier 2 IT support for their computerized information systems including computers, printers, scanners, servers, Local Area Networks (LAN), telephony systems, etc. for several locations. Additionally, you will be responsible to provide support for dealership personnel in troubleshooting IT problems / issues and providing guidance and advising for use of company hardware and software applications.
This will be an onsite role in Lewisville, TX.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 1 years of experience serving in a helpdesk or IT support role or System Administration
- Knowledge of Windows computers, Apple iPads, and Local Area Networks
- Knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows Servers
- Knowledge of Active Directory and providing user access, password resets, etc.
- Knowledge and ability to train users on Microsoft Office applications, O365, and Outlook email troubleshooting
- Ability and desire to learn and support new business applications quickly
- Effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
