Required Skills & Experience
- High School Diploma / GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. Could also have a different combination, such as any level degree / certification beyond a HS diploma / GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years’ experience in a related field.
- Proficient at a basic level with Microsoft Office software; specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to reference a participant list, and then incorporate those names into a mail merge function.
- Experience in performing initial Apple iPhone setup i.e. installing screen protectors and phone cases.
- Capable to initiating iPhone updates, performing a phone reset, and charging an iPhone.
- Previous experience using a copy machine; preferably a Canon Image Runner C7565i.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop business relationships at all levels within an organization.
- Excellent time management and self-motivation skills.
- Ability to meet strict project deadlines.
- Strong detail orientation skills.
- Previous experience working in an “on site” role within an office environment.
