Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in New York City. This role focuses on supporting paid acquisition campaigns with an emphasis on campaign operations and processes. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, team player, and self-starter with experience in digital advertising and ad trafficking.
2 Month W2 Contract Leave of Absence Coverage
Hybrid (2x Onsite) in NYC
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in digital media campaign builds, including naming conventions and audience setup.
- Traffic creative tags and ensure accurate campaign setup and QA across platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery within flight dates and budgets, adjusting as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Update reporting and media plans to reflect campaign pacing and results accurately.
- Support billing accuracy and campaign administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years in paid digital advertising (e.g., display, programmatic, social).
- Experience with ad servers (e.g., CM360, OpenX, Flashtalking). CM360 preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and large data formatting.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
