Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of Office 365 applications and services.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device management and application deployment.
- Support Entra ID for identity and access management solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, addressing issues proactively.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
- Document processes, configurations, and procedures for reference and training purposes.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Entra ID.
- Understanding of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with security best practices and identity management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
