Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in product management within health-tech, SaaS, or a similar industry
- Technical expertise – either a former developer or highly proficient in working with engineers to translate complex technical needs into accessible product solutions
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage product roadmaps tailored to client needs
- Exceptional communication skills – must be able to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate across teams, including product management, customer success, and engineering
- Act as the primary point of contact for client partnerships, ensuring their needs are met through effective product roadmapping
- Work closely with internal product managers and engineering teams to guide the development of tailored solutions
- Represent customer needs within the company, ensuring products align with market demands and user expectations
- Collaborate across departments to blend product management, customer success, and program management skills
