Our client, a leader in financial software, is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager to join their team in San Diego, CA!
This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays.
As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will play a part of a high-impact “Big Bet” initiative, focused on disrupting the mid-market through sales transformation and AI enablement for sellers. You’ll lead complex SaaS programs, drive alignment across teams, and influence key business outcomes. You’ll play a critical role in shaping AI adoption, defining risks, and ensuring seamless program execution in a rapidly evolving landscape
Responsibilities:
- Lead AI-driven strategic programs to enable sales transformation and automation
- Break down and organize technical programs into actionable components
- Drive program strategy, aligning business unit, portfolio, and program objectives
- Influence cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and report on key success metrics
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans, securing buy-in from Sales partners
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, UX Design, Product Development, and Program Management teams
- Work with Salesforce, Data Cloud, and third-party integrations for AI-driven automation
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science
- PMP certification preferred
- 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) leading software development initiatives
- Strong background in SaaS, cloud-native applications, backend reporting, and AI-driven automation
- AI experience is a major plus, especially with Agentic AI
- Salesforce expertise preferred, including Salesforce Data Cloud and sales automation tools
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders, drive cross-functional collaboration, and communicate outcomes
- Fintech or enterprise industry experience highly preferred

Salary : $77 - $87
