Our client, a leading home builder out of Houston is looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist for their team. This firm is looking to grow its presence in Irving and has been expanding rapidly, looking for experienced personnel to aid in their technological upgrades.
They are looking for a Support Technician that is skilled with Windows and Microsoft based technologies. You will be working with Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Suite, MDM, O365, and some SQL. This will mainly be a Tier 3 based role, though they are looking for someone who can still do anything between Tier 1-3 as needed.
This is an onsite, contract to hire position lasting 3-6 months. Pay will be between $30-35/hr depending on experience converting to around $60-70K.

- Ability to work with customers and have customer facing abilities.
- Proven experience with remote based support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Contract, pay will range from $30-35/hr.
- Conversion salary will be around $60-70K.
