Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Service Desk Technician or similar IT role
- Experience with Mobile Device Management tools (Airwatch)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Apple, PC and Android devices
- Ability to solve hardware and software issues and bugs
- Experience in Device Configuration
