Our client, a leading gas and energy utility company is hiring a Program Test Lead to join their team in Columbus, OH!
**This is a 6-month W2 contract benefits**
As a Program Test Lead, you will support the final release of a Work and Asset Management program, lead a team of testers, and work alongside another external test lead in a "two-in-a-box" model.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate testing activities for the final release of the WAM program
- Collaborate with the external partner test lead to manage testing efforts across teams
- Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts aligned with project goals
- Oversee a team of testers, ensuring quality and efficiency in testing processes
- Utilize JIRA and Tricentis qTest for test management and tracking
- Ensure alignment with both waterfall and agile delivery frameworks
- Travel up to 50%
Desired Skills:
- 7 – 10 years of testing experience, including 3 – 5 years leading teams.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce testing.
- Proven track record in at least two large transformation programs in a testing role.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Tricentis qTest (must-have).
- Experience with test automation and performance testing tools.
- Utilities industry experience (highly preferred).

Salary : $72 - $82
