Test Lead

Our client, a leading gas and energy utility company is hiring a Program Test Lead to join their team in Columbus, OH!

**This is a 6-month W2 contract benefits**

As a Program Test Lead, you will support the final release of a Work and Asset Management program, lead a team of testers, and work alongside another external test lead in a "two-in-a-box" model.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate testing activities for the final release of the WAM program
• Collaborate with the external partner test lead to manage testing efforts across teams
• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts aligned with project goals
• Oversee a team of testers, ensuring quality and efficiency in testing processes
• Utilize JIRA and Tricentis qTest for test management and tracking
• Ensure alignment with both waterfall and agile delivery frameworks
• Travel up to 50%

Desired Skills:

• 7 – 10 years of testing experience, including 3 – 5 years leading teams.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Salesforce testing.
• Proven track record in at least two large transformation programs in a testing role.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Tricentis qTest (must-have).
• Experience with test automation and performance testing tools.
• Utilities industry experience (highly preferred).
