Position Overview :
Motiva's Quantum Leap project is a multi-year initiative designed to standardize, transform, and optimize the company's systems and business processes. Driven by the S4 / HANA implementation, this project will enhance Motiva's competitiveness, setting the stage for long-term success over the next 10-20 years.
The Front-Office Business Lead will play a critical role in the Commercial Hydrocarbon Value Chain (HVC) workstream of Quantum Leap. This position is responsible for leading the delivery of key project objectives, including the implementation of enterprise-wide scheduling and deal capture solutions and processes. The role also ensures the seamless integration of systems and data to support clean products, crude, feedstocks, and chemicals across various modes of transport.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the Quantum Leap Transformation within the Commercial Hydrocarbon Value Chain.
- Drive the implementation of an efficient scheduling solution across Motiva's operations, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide goals.
- Support scheduling activities and deal capture across multiple transport modes for clean products, crude, feedstocks, and chemicals.
- Oversee interface management and data integrity of 3rd party system integrations (e.g., T4), ensuring smooth scheduling operations.
- Collaborate with mid-office, back-office, and fuels sales and marketing teams to deliver end-to-end (E2E) solutions.
- Ensure the integration of terminal systems to maintain effective inventory management, hydrocarbon accounting, and seamless delivery to destination terminals.
- Lead the change management approach by being the "voice of the business" and championing organizational transformation.
- Collaborate with the Quantum Leap System Integrator to coordinate project activities and ensure the delivery of fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Align scheduling and deal capture processes with Quantum Leap's guiding principles for efficiency and competitiveness.
