Event & Community Engagement Coordinator

🔹 Plan & Execute Events:

• Organize client appreciation events, educational lunch-and-learns, webinars, and partner events.
• Manage event logistics—venue selection, catering, A/V, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Own the event calendar and ensure events are executed smoothly from start to finish.

🔹 Community Engagement:

• Build and nurture a professional community of local businesses and strategic partners.
• Represent Motiva Networks at local events (Chambers of Commerce, BNI, industry trade shows).
• Engage with current clients and referral partners to strengthen relationships and drive brand loyalty.

🔹 Content & Communication:

• Create compelling event invitations, follow-ups, and social media posts to drive attendance and engagement.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote events and share community success stories.
• Gather feedback to continually improve event quality and community initiatives.

✔️ Comfortable with occasional after-hours events and local travel

• 2 years of experience in event planning, community management, or similar roles
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience managing vendors and event logistics
• Proficiency with tools like Eventbrite, LinkedIn, Canva, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Bonus points for bilingual skills (English/Spanish) or experience in IT/Cybersecurity events
