COORDINATOR //
As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to support the day-to-day internal and external marketing efforts of the agency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives, and participate in multiple project types. You'll be tasked with writing briefs, crafting internal and external messaging, conducting research, managing social media, supporting partnerships and executing events.

COORDINATOR //
As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to support the day-to-day internal and external marketing efforts of the agency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives, and participate in multiple project types. You'll be tasked with writing briefs, crafting internal and external messaging, conducting research, managing social media, supporting partnerships and executing events.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Support the agency's day-to-day marketing, PR and communication efforts.
- Work with creative teams to develop marketing assets and collateral, managing timelines, answering questions, reviewing and proofing creative work.
- Write! Write! Write! From internal briefs to external messaging; you'll be crafting written stories and stats daily.
- Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry.
- Support evaluation of partnership opportunities.
- Support the planning, production and execution of internal events.
- Manage the day-to-day social channel needs, and execute agreed-upon engagement strategy.
- Provide administrative support inclusive of note taking, budget administration, meeting recaps, building timelines and executional plans.
- Manage a variety of assignment types and priorities simultaneously.
- Multi-task and get the work done—on time, within project budgets and exceeding expectations.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, each client's business, industry and competitive landscape.
- Establish rapport and trust with a range of internal team members and external contacts.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience supporting marketing and / or PR efforts in a marketing agency.
- A strong writing and communication ability.
- A thorough understanding of social media.
- Experience with internal and trade events.
- A thorough understanding of the agency / client model.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Experience creating and managing budgets.
- A strong 'self-starter' mentality and sense of responsibility.
