We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Finance to lead our financial operations. The Finance Director will oversee financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and reporting. They will play a key role in developing financial strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing the company's financial health.
Responsibilities Include But May Not Be Limited To
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including profit/loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Risk Management: Assess financial risks and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Compliance & Regulation: Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure the company"s financial stability.
- Investment & Cost Control: Analyze investment opportunities and cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with executive leadership and external auditors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Director, CFO, or in a senior financial leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks

- Salary starts at $140,000 and increases based on experience
