Motive is seeking a driven and organized Sr. Onboarding Specialist to play a vital role in the success of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and their transition to Account Executive (AE) roles through our Bridge Program. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience for our SDRs and supporting their growth into future AEs.
Requirements:
- 2 years in enablement OR 2 years in an SDR role with strong presentation skills/program experience
- Must have a bachelor's degree
- Based in Austin, Texas and commute to the downtown office 3-4 days per week
Become an Onboarding & Bridge Program Champion:
As our Onboarding Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping the initial experiences of our SDRs and guiding them through the Bridge Program.
Your responsibilities will include:
- SDR Onboarding Excellence: Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs for new SDR hires, covering product knowledge, sales processes, tools, and best practices. You'll track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and continuously refine the onboarding process to maximize SDR ramp-up time and performance.
- Bridge Program Support: Facilitate the Bridge Program, which prepares high-performing SDRs for AE roles. This includes coordinating training sessions, mentorship opportunities, and performance tracking. You will work closely with Sales Leadership to ensure the program's effectiveness and identify candidates for advancement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Partner with various teams (Sales, Training, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless onboarding and Bridge Program execution. Maintain clear communication with SDRs, AEs, and management regarding program updates, progress, and opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze onboarding and Bridge Program data to identify trends, areas for optimization, and opportunities to enhance the overall experience. Proactively seek feedback and implement changes to improve program effectiveness.
