About the Role :
We’re looking for a results-oriented and strategic Senior Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-impact marketing programs and events for our Enterprise Sales teams. You’ll align closely with sales leadership and collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to design campaigns that drive pipeline growth, revenue, and brand awareness. This role is a blend of strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis, requiring someone with a deep understanding of B2B field marketing and sales alignment.
What You'll Do :
- Design and Execute Segment Marketing Strategies
Develop and implement tailored marketing programs aligned with the overall GTM strategy including field events, executive programs, partner initiatives, trade shows, and targeted digital campaigns.
Develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads and enhance pipeline for the Enterprise segment.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product Marketing, ABM, Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, etc.) to build cohesive marketing initiatives.
Measure the success of programs using key performance indicators
Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing return on marketing investment.
Collaborate with strategic partners to design joint initiatives, enhancing marketing reach and impact.
