Motive is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, coordination and management of field marketing programs.The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
What You'll Do :
- On-site Event Assistance : Help oversee logistics during the event, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for attendees and internal stakeholders.
- Program Support : Assist in the planning, organization, and management of field marketing programs, working closely with field marketing managers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Communications : Draft program briefs and communications for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration : Work with field marketing managers, marketing operations, SDRs, and account executives to assist in the execution, tracking, and optimization of field marketing programs.
- Budget Suppor t : Assist in managing budgets by ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining cost control and quality standards.
- Vendor Coordination : Assist in coordinating with external vendors such as venues, catering, and production companies to meet event requirements.
