About the Customer Success Manager position
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to work with our small business customers to coordinate service, support, renewals, and expansion efforts. This position as a CSM is part account management or customer service, part sales, and part operations.
Customer Success Manager responsibilities include :
- Manage a book of customer accounts
- Facilitate customer account renewals to maximize retention
- Improve customer engagement and outcomes by educating on best practices and strategy
