Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure that linens and garments are impeccably cleaned and presented. This position is essential in providing our guests with a comfortable and welcoming environment, contributing to their overall experience at our establishment.
Duties
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques to ensure quality results.
- Handle dry cleaning services as needed, ensuring garments are processed correctly and returned promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures while performing duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to operate laundry machines effectively, including dry cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff alike.

Pay: $10.00 - $10.01 per hour
