Motohouse Picayune is looking for two skilled and motivated Build & Accessories Technicians to join our growing team. If you love working with powersports vehicles, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, this is the job for you!

Position Overview

The Build & Accessories Technician plays a vital role in our success, ensuring all units are professionally assembled and accessorized for customer delivery. This position is responsible for assembling ATVs, Side-by-Sides, Motorcycles, and Watercraft as they arrive from the factory, as well as installing a wide range of accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble powersports units to factory specifications.
• Install accessories such as lighting, soundbars, GPS units, lift kits, wheels & tires, racks, roofs, windshields, winches, and more.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all builds are completed correctly and safely.
• Assist with facility maintenance and upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable standing, moving, and working with heavy equipment for extended periods (50 lbs).
• Basic mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools required.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Work Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Tuesday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM (Off Sundays & Mondays)

• Starting pay: $12 – $15 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
