- Greet guests professionally and enthusiastically.
- Assist guests with luggage and room deliveries.
- Provide directions and escort guests throughout the facility.
- Recommend attractions and activities, and assist guests with directions.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years customer service experience.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Hotel experience is a plus.
