As Players Club Clerk, you're primarily responsible for providing exceptional guest service when assisting MotorCity's Club Metro Members. Additionally, you'll:
- Communicate the benefits of the Players Club to guests.
- Establish and maintain Club memberships in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
- Assist with promotions and special events to drive business to MotorCity.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in customer service.
- High level of professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to stand throughout your shift.
