Dealership Cashier

Motorcycle Mall in Belleville, NJ is seeking a full-time cashier with experience to join our fun and exciting dealership.

Qualifications:

• One year or more of cashiering experience is required
• Experience with receiving money, handling it and provide monetary change for all Sales, Service and Parts & Accessories departments
• Create motorcycle / powersports unit folders accurately
• Input necessary data stemming from all transactions
• Need to have great organization of all transactions
• Provide license plates to customers once they arrive at the dealership
• Be able to handle phone calls, take messages and transfer customers to the right departments
• Provide high quality assistance to Office Director and Office Staff to ensure a smooth running and productive office environment
• Keep an inventory of the office supplies and notify the Office Director when we need more

• Provide courteous, prompt and accurate telephone answering service for all dealership personnel
• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously
• Welcome customers to the dealership and provide assistance to them providing information, recording messages or forwarding calls
• Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
• Must have the ability to get along with a broad customer base
• Demonstrated ability to type fast and understanding of Microsoft Office
• Must maintain a professional appearance and a neat, well organized work area
• Computer Skills

Compensation:

• Salary Offer will be Based on Experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.49 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
