Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, goal oriented, ethical individual to join our team as a finance manager. In this role you will be working directly with our guests to explain and recommend financing options as well as ancillary products that will best suit their needs. You will develop and maintain relationships with lenders aimed at increasing the overall profitability of the finance department. Must have the capability to easily explain complex topics to a varied audience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of finance experience in the powersports or automotive industry
- Proven leadership and managerial experience
- Must proficient in basic computer skills including Google in addition to previous working knowledge of a dealership DMS and CRM (Lizzy, Lightspeed, DP360 preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for motorcycles
- Strong people skills able to quickly form relationships and take on a consultative role during the purchase process
- Possess or have the ability to gain and maintain a motorcycle endorsement in conjunction with a valid state issued drivers licence
Duties:
- Explain Truth in Lending disclosures on finance contracts
- Provide a thorough explanation of the benefits of our protection plans adhering to the 300% Rule
- Thorough understanding of lender underwriting guidelines
- Submit funding and title packages
- Input inventory into dealer management system
- Train and coach team members on programs offered to guests
- Track team member incentive programs
- Knowledge of State requirements related to title and licensing

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Requires the use of both hands.
- Frequently required to bend, climb, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift 50lbs of material.
- Requires standing and/or walking for extended periods of time. • Requires the ability to balance and push a motorcycle.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
- Potential exposure to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department.
- Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
- Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
WORKPLACE SAFETY:
- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (when necessary)
- Assist at all times in safety programs at assigned location
