The Facilitator/Trainer is responsible for delivering program curriculum and instruction to participants enrolled in various Workforce Development programs, and services such as instructional support which facilitates the achievement of goals established in the Adult Learning Plan, Educational Development Plan (EDP), or the Individual Service Strategy. Providing coaching and guidance for other program activities as it pertains to students’ enrollment, attendance, participation, and terminal goals. One of three positions handling most of the services of facilitating or training in a specified program.
Minimum Requirements
Must be willing to work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays, and evenings or weekends as needed.

Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Suites (word, excel, PowerPoint), Google Suites (zoom, google meet), web-based software and resources.
- Experience with network learning software.
- Be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously with high-quality and strong customer-oriented services.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Must work with accuracy; possess good communication, written, oral, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Teaching/or Tutoring in both private and public sectors.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- The person in this position needs to move about both inside the office and at other locations where interviews and meetings are conducted.
- Frequently operates a computer for extended periods of time.
- Frequently communicates with others over the phone and in person; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Ability to speak clearly and communicate proficiently in English.
