Position: Mortgage Loan Officer

Responsibilities:

• Engage actively with prospective borrowers to understand their financial objectives and offer expert guidance on mortgage loan options.
• Assess loan applications, evaluate creditworthiness, and guide clients through the loan application process.
• Collaborate closely with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners to generate and cultivate leads, leveraging the exceptional lead resources provided by Motto Mortgage Charged.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of clients' financial profiles and present appropriate mortgage loan products that align with their needs.
• Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure a seamless and efficient loan closing process.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and loan products to provide accurate and current information to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan products, industry regulations, and loan application procedures.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills, with a talent for building rapport and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
