What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & PPC – Create, manage, and optimize Facebook, Google PPC, and YouTube ads for high-quality buyer & seller leads.
- Brand Growth & Content Strategy – Develop compelling social media, email campaigns, and video content to position our team as the top real estate brand in multiple states.
- Conversion Optimization – Build high-converting funnels and refine follow-up strategies to increase closing rates.
- Tech & CRM Integration – Optimize Follow Up Boss (or similar CRM), automation, and retargeting campaigns.
- Performance Tracking & ROI Focus – Track results, analyze data, and make strategic adjustments for max revenue impact.
- Proven success in real estate marketing, lead gen, and conversion strategies
- Experience running paid ads (Google, Facebook, YouTube) with measurable results
- Strong copywriting & branding skills to make listings and campaigns stand out
- Familiarity with email marketing (BombBomb, MailChimp), retargeting, and automation
- Ability to collaborate with a high-performance real estate team
