Position:         Master Planner

Reports to:     Materials Manager

We are seeking a Master Planner to join our manufacturing plant team! Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional skills will be instrumental in orchestrating production schedules and coordinating activities for peak efficiency and productivity. Working closely with various departments, you'll craft comprehensive production plans, manage inventory, and optimize resource allocation to meet customer demands and production targets. Responsibilities:

• Review customer release
• Resolve Release Variation Issues
• Customer ASN validation
• EDI errors
• Resolving un-justified demand. Old Demand management
• Provide Prod Schedule
• Daily/Weekly Shipments scheduled
• 830/Delfor Accum discrepancies
• Check Customer Online Systems
• Production plan review (BTS)
• Balance out and claims
• Finish good inventory valuation and maintain accurate stock levels
• New Parent items setup
• Review Shipping Calendar
• Review Work center Calendar
• Review Employee Work Calendar
• Review Shift Set up
• Update Contact list for each customer

Minimum Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of manufacturing environment experience
• Knowledge of OEM portals
• Knowledge of scheduling skills of finish good.
