Motus Marketing is hiring Brand Representatives to connect customers with top brands in local retail stores. What You’ll Do As a Brand Representative

• Represent well-known brands in a friendly and professional way.
• Talk with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products.
• Meet weekly and monthly goals for customer interactions and sales.
• Stay up to date on new products and industry trends.
• Participate in team meetings and training to improve your sales and product knowledge.
  
  

What We’re Looking For In Brand Representatives

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills—you enjoy talking to people and explaining things clearly.
• A positive attitude and ability to connect with customers from all backgrounds.
• Willingness to learn about different products and how they help customers.
• A track record of meeting sales or engagement goals is a bonus.
  
  

Other Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (higher education is a plus).
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and assist with product displays.
• Basic computer skills to use our system for scheduling and customer management.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Albuquerque-Rio Rancho area.
