What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler/Warehouse Clerk (2nd shift) position at Mount Family Group, LTD?
We are looking for someone with both Material Handlers and Warehouse Clerks. Both positions require 1 year of previous material handing or pick and pack experience while the clerk position also requires computer skills and excel experience.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Material Handlers:
- Pick, ticket, and label parts
- Unload and load trucks
- Shipping and receiving
Clerks-all of the above plus:
- Process -orders and maintain inventory into a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Perform data entry tasks
- Research and correct transaction errors
- Handle domestic and international shipping documents
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm (Training will be on day shift, 7am-3:30pm)
Pay rate:
- $19 for Material Handlers
- $20 for Clerks
At a minimum, you'll need:
- 1 year of warehouse experience
- Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English
- Clerks also need basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
This job requires the ability to:
- Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
- Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
- Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
- Use hands and fingers to handle or feel tools or equipment
- Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
It'd be great if you also have:
- Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary : $19 - $20
