Mount Indie is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow and succeed. We are a Woman-Owned Small Business that specializes in cleared recruiting, providing support to high-stakes national security missions. This role is a unique agency recruiting position in which you will be dedicated to working in direct support of one of our exclusive clients, acting as their primary sourcing and recruiting point of contact. You will play a key role in helping them grow by understanding their unique needs and delivering top-tier talent. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Commit to an outbound cold call strategy to both passive and active candidates.
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates for open positions across various positions.
- Stay extremely organized in your recruiting process, maintaining pipelines, and ensuring a personalized, strategic approach.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, program managers, and business development leads to understand job requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
- Consistently follow our structured process to maximize candidate response rates.
- Maintain high data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate clearly and confidently throughout every stage of the recruitment process with candidates and team leads.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 year experience in a recruiting position
- 1 year experience engaging with hiring managers to understand needs and facilitate candidate experience/workflow
- Proficiency working with ATS or CRM systems.
- Proficiency in typing at least 40 words per minute.
- Ability to research using open source tools, chrome extensions and social media sites
- Computer literate and able to work within different systems and web applications
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
