About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Benefits Coordinator to join our team. As the Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and unemployment, worker's compensation, and employee leave programs. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels will be critical to your success in this role. This is a full-time position located in Mount Laurel.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration software (ADP experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance requirements
- HR certification from SHRM or HRCI
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, unemployment, worker's compensation, and employee leave programs
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels regarding benefits, plans, and programs and related inquiries
- Assist with open enrollment and new hire orientation processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date related employee records
- Other duties as assigned
