What are the responsibilities and job description for the World Languages Teacher K-4 position at Mount Mansfield Unified Union School District?
Mount Mansfield Unified Union School District is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable professional to teach beginning Spanish and cultures to our young scholars at JES and UCS. This is an 80% FTE position. Candidates for this position should have a strong background in elementary foreign language, world culture and knowledge of the responsive classroom philosophy. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to foster a positive rapport with students and effective communication skills with children, families and colleagues. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to implement a combination of in-person and virtual teaching opportunities, as the learning landscape may shift this school year. Applicants must be endorsed as an Elementary Foreign Language Educator. Experience with elementary students preferred.
