Part-time Clerical Assistant needed at our Noble Cremations location to support our Funeral Directors and the cremation function of the organization.
This role supports our Funeral Directors in serving our cremation families. The successful candidate will perform various clerical duties including answering the phone; serving as front-desk receptionist; preparing funeral service work; ordering caskets, urns, or outer containers as needed; preparing legal documents pertaining to services; assisting with DocuSign; entering information into Osiris pertinent to the Assistant’s duties; scheduling cremations with our cemetery office; answering questions from funeral families in the absence of the director; and other duties as needed to assist directors with arrangements.
Candidate must have at least two year's office experience, strong computer skills, and advanced communication/organizational skills. Must be compassionate; helpful; extremely detailed and accurate; possess the ability to multi-task and handle frequent interruptions; and must be self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
