Working Conditions:
- Mostly works indoors throughout shift
- Requires walking outdoors, mainly on paved surfaces, to access work areas.
Physical demands:
- Walks moderate distances throughout shift

- Requires high stamina and mobility to perform routine job tasks
- Frequently required to handle and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. over short distances

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and guests
- Ensure that Housekeeping and Laundry equipment is maintained in good working order
- Complete all opening, closing and shift procedures correctly
- Comply with Housekeeping Procedure Manual
- Report any damage to resort property
- Participate in Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort safety programs, group evaluations, staff meetings, training classes
- Comply with proper handling, storage and labeling of all hazardous chemicals in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Immediately report any suspicious incidents and hazardous conditions to management
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety of work areas at all times
- Practice safe work habits at all times in order to avoid injury to self and others
- Comply with safety standards, health codes and professional conduct expectations
- Comply with established company laundry practices and procedures
- Respond promptly to all guest and departmental requests
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of general resort areas: lodge lobby and corridors; housekeeping closets and vehicles; exterior grounds around cabins and rooms.
