Job Description :
- Deliver patient care by integrating nursing theory, research, and evidence-based practices.
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs, applying critical thinking skills.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team for care plan development and implementation.
- Prioritize all aspects of patient care, including teaching, rounding, coaching, and planning post-discharge.

- Manage assignments within the Modified Primary Nursing Care Delivery Model.
- Model relationship-centered care to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

- Engage in quality improvement projects and implement evidence-based practice activities.
- Facilitate patient throughput and demonstrate cost-effective approaches to patient care.
