About the Job:
The Daily Center Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations at the Blue Peak Center. This includes supervising staff and student workers, coordinating events, and managing budgets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including supervising staff and student workers and coordinating events.
- Assist with budget management and correspondence.
- Coordinate with other Mount departments to support the growth of the Blue Peak Center.
- Connect with possible referrers in the community and coordinate events to increase the center's presence.
- Support staff scheduling, identify coverage when substitutes are needed, and assist with client intake sessions.
- Coordinate training and onboarding schedules for new hires.
- Oversee credentialing requirements for staff and provide notices when credentials are set to expire.
