Laundry Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of linens and towels in a property management and nightly This role is essential in ensuring that all laundry services meet the high standards expected by our guests.

Duties

• Clean and launder all cabin linens and towels.
• Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment efficiently and safely.
• Sort, fold, and organize clean laundry for easy access and distribution.
• Put together bags of clean linens, towels and toiletries for the housekeepers and cleans.
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area, ensuring that all equipment is kept in good working condition.
• Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of proper laundering techniques for various fabrics.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to scheduled shifts.
