Job Summary
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dynamic individual desiring to be in the design field to work under the guidance of the Interior Design Manager to uphold Mountain America's brand of quality throughout all of our facilities. The main objective for this position is to coordinate installs and handle scheduling logistics across all areas of design-concentrating on furniture, while gaining hands on design experience in a collaborative work environment.

Full Time; A hybrid schedule can be considered, specific days in office may be required depending on business need.
Job Description
- Fields branch and corporate furniture maintenance issues and employee requests.
- Coordinates upholstery, repair, delivery and installation of furniture in branches and corporate buildings.
- Works closely with Design and Construction, Facilities and IT teams, as well as outside vendors, to determine project plans and execute installs.
- Meets vendors on site for other installs including art, plants, and signage.
- Obtains an in-depth knowledge of MACU furniture operations.
- Assists in maintenance and organization of design resource library.
- Updates branch and corporate files with current design information.
- Tracks furniture assets in branches and corporate buildings.
- Tracks progress of design tasks for all projects with vendors and Design Manager.
- Assists the Design Manager by picking up samples, taking measurements on site, etc.
- Assists with space planning and furniture layouts.
- Assists and collaborates in other areas of design.
- Stays current in industry trends. Maintains Design Library by keeping samples current and updated
- Maintain and track invoicing and orders through Smartsheets
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and activities
- Performs other duties as requested
