Description
Custodians are responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and functional public facilities throughout the Resort.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean all public areas and restrooms.
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly and safely.
- Ensure restrooms are fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and sanitary products.
- Remove all trash from public areas and restrooms and properly dispose of waste.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pull, push, or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, sit, or kneel for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to comprehend and follow basic instructions.
