- Ability to learn POS and supporting computer programs
- Scheduling Private lessons for guests
- Checking and responding to guest emails
- Will assist with non-teaching guest service functions including but not limited to boot fitting, Ski and Snowboard set up, snow removal, snow fencing, teaching of snow sports equipment and on hill animation.
- Must attend training sessions as assigned.
- Will assist in all base area and mountain activities which may include snow removal, trash removal and any other duties as assigned by manager.Qualifications
- 2 years prior experience preferred.
- Ski or snowboard experience required.
- Must be able to compute basic math without assistance.
- Have excellent guest service skills and be willing to work with guests of all ages from 3 years old to adult.
- Must work well on a diverse team.
- Must be fluent in all aspects of the English language (spoken & written), bilingual is a plus.
