What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Compliance & Compounding Coordinator position at Mountain Care Pharmacy?
Purpose : The Pharmacy Compliance & Compounding Coordinator will maintain day-to-day operations of the main pharmacy in adherence with regulatory and legal requirements including USP 795, 797, and 800. Will be responsible for operational success and assist to define strategy / direction in accordance with national standards and CNMC policies and procedures.
Experience / Education :
- MUST have Compounding experience / compounding compliance experience specific to USP 795, 797, and 800
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy. (Preferred)
- Law School or similar
Minimum Work Experience :
1 year supervisory or 2 years administration / team leader experience. (Required)
