Job Summary
Mountain Country Equipment is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. In this position, you will be responsible for unlocking the full potential of our sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and presenting those plans to senior management to ensure alignment with our business objectives. Your leadership will help keep our company competitive, innovative, and positioned for long-term success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person, e-mail, and telephone
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other relevant software applications
Qualifications

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through customer and supplier market base
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Follow all required safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Proven ability to manage a team as well as work independently
- Forward thinking with vision of business needs
Education and Experience
· BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
· 3-5 years’ experience as a salesman
· 3-5 years sales management experience
· You must have agriculture background
· Working proficiency of numbers and accounting

Work Environment
· Employee will work in shop/warehouse environment and in cold or hot temperatures, needing to wear appropriate clothing and applicable OSHA safety gear.

· Employee may be required to be certified to use equipment
· Employee may be required to wear appropriate OSHA safety gear

Pay: $78,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
