Mountain Crane is seeking a motivated Dispatch Coordinator to play a key role in our field operations. This position oversees LEM performance, supports the dispatch team, and facilitates effective communication in the utilization of both people and equipment.
The idea candidate for the Dispatch Coordinator will be proactive in their work and can work effectively with a team and on their own.
Duties
- Performance Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on LEM performance for field employees, ensuring data accuracy for performance evaluations.
- Ticket Management: Assist in creating LEM tickets for future dispatches, ensuring completeness and adherence to operational standards.
- Data Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the dispatch team to create daily LEMS, enhancing overall efficiency in dispatch operations.
- Labor Monitoring: Track hours for specific field departments and provide timely reports to administration and team leads, while addressing labor hour discrepancies with payroll and relevant personnel.
- Time-Off Coordination: Enter and maintain employee time-off requests, ensuring precise scheduling and minimizing disruptions to operations.
- Job Information Collection: Gather job information from the sales team to support current and future operational needs, particularly for special projects.
- Onboarding Assistance: Assist in onboarding new field employees by providing them with essential information about LEMS and key contacts within the organization.
- Project Coordination: Dedicate 60% of time to coordinating special projects, including staffing for out-of-town assignments and being a direct point of contact for field employees.
- Auditing and Reporting: Conduct subsistence audits related to labor hour discrepancies, ensuring timely closure of labor tickets and reporting on any incomplete tickets to management and employees.
- Information Flow Maintenance: Support the dispatch team in tracking equipment and personnel, maintaining accurate communication regarding time-off requests and project updates.
- Training and Documentation: Develop processes and documentation to enhance LEM performance and ensure all employees meet training and badging requirements.
