What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher - Music/Performing Arts - Mountain Empire High School position at Mountain Empire Unified?
Teaching High School Art classes in a departmentalized setting. As a director of learning helps students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able and responsible men and women.
Candidates must possess the following: 1) a valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential in Art or a Multiple Subject with an Art Supplemental, 2) English Language Learner Authorization (CLAD/BCLAD/CTEL or equivalent) and, 3) Verification of "No Child Left Behind" (NCLB) compliance via California State Exam (CSET/MSAT) or NCLB HOUSSE Certificate of Compliance.
Valid California Single Subject Credential in Music/Art with English Learner authorization. Must have the knowledge of and ability to implement the subject matter, philosophical, social, and educational concepts relative to the duties and responsibilities of a school teacher.
