We are Hiring a Maintenance Tech / HVAC Apprentice to join our service team!

This is a hands-on training position to build a career in the HVAC industry and become an integral part of our team!

    • Job Title : Maintenance Tech / HVAC Apprentice

    Pay Rate : $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience SPIFFs

    Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm, with occasional overtime

    What You Will Be Doing :

  • Receiving hands-on job training for residential and light commercial annual maintenance and service
  • Annual maintenance / clean and check
  • Delivering Excellent Customer Service to our customers
  • Consulting with customers regarding repair and replacement options; Replacements needs are forwarded to the Comfort Advisor / Salesperson
  • Educating clients on indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs
  • Communicating with service manager about product needs, training enhancement, or desired specialty training
  • Receiving instruction to obtain industry certifications including EPA & NATE's.

    • Qualifications / Skills :

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • HVAC, construction, or similar industry experience desired
  • EPA Universal Certification or acquire within 3 months of employment - we train
  • Ability to acquire necessary tools
  • Willingness to invest time in developing your skills and knowledge through training
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass background check & drug screen
  • Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School is desired, but not required
