We are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our growing team!
This position will be overseeing inventory and parts for the Installation and Service departments, including delivering parts to job sites.
HVAC industry experience is not required.

Position : Warehouse Manager - Parts Delivery
Pay : $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 6 : 30am to 3 : 30pm, with occasional overtime.

What you will be doing :
- To manage the warehouse and preparing all parts needed for Installation and Service jobs
- Ensuring that all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled and loaded into installers work vehicles
- Put away any deliveries, mark equipment received with job name and number, stage in appropriate area.
- Ordering and purchasing equipment and materials
- Inventory control
- Maintain warehousing of Company supplied tools.
- Generate check out lists and reconcile upon return.
- Shop fabrication
- Vehicle Fleet maintenance
- Perform quarterly inventory count.
- Check and put away stock orders
- Maintain shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion
- Clear and concise communications with company customers and employees
- Delivering parts / materials to job sites
- Using Service Titan our cloud-based CRM daily
Qualifications / Skills :
- Valid driver's license, and insurable driving record
- 2 years related experience in warehouse / logistics / HVAC or similar experience
- Inventory control & part ordering experience desired
- Computer skills
- Detailed and organizational
- Customer service experience
- Ability to move / lift up-to 100 pounds
- Ability to perform physical actions, lifting, stooping, bending, reaching and lifting heavy object
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
